my Hammerhead 400

Postby Bedo on Thu Jan 01, 2009 3:43 pm

here's my Hammerhead 400cc Tiburon. it is a chinese buggy. i've had it about 3 months, not really done much with it. i want to uncork it with an aftermarket air filter and a supertrapp muffler. orginally, it has about 23HP but uncorked, it should have about 27+. it weights about 800lbs. it uses the yamaha big bear engine(400cc). 4 speed w/reverse, auto clutch. 12" rims, 25" tires.
does anyone know of a good bike mechanic that could rejet this carb and mount the supertrapp for me. the header exhaust is 1 1/4 "OD, the supertrapp slip on is a 2" OD, i will need a flange/cone that will fit both. any help would GREATLY be appreciated.

Thats a really nice rig.

I am fortunate not to have rolled my jeep, unlike all my friends with Jeeps.

I am fiercely independent, just like all my friends with Jeeps.
