just boggen. i would like to build a trail rig. i thought about trying to make mine a multi purpose truck but too much to change. i dont have shocks on the rear and i don't think my motor and carb would do good putting around crawling. i went to callalente a couple weeks ago and now i want to build a trail rig. i want too much.

it's a 4 barrel holley, i think a 600. the reason i don't think it would do too good on the trail is not because its anything special but because i need a new one. this one does ok wide open but not on the lower end. plus i'm looking into a new intake, cam and bigger carb. the fuel cell is not big enough for a trail. i stripped the rear brake drums off the rear (front brake only). this truck would be a headache to make a safe trail rig. i would like to find a cheap small suv to make a trail rig out of. i have a dana 44 (mini spooled) front and a dana 60 rear from a 79 f-250 that i could put under it and use the stock motor .transmission and transfer case in the suv and have a pretty good trail toy and be able to use my 38 boggers on both 8 lug vehicles. all i need is more money and more time.
